It was late in the evening when our A/C stopped working. We called Anthony’s Cooling & Heating, our service provider, and they sent out a technician, Austin, who was extremely knowledgeable about our system. It appeared, through some diagnostic testing, we had a leak in the coils. Austin installed a UV dye to check for leaks and added refrigerant to get us through the night and hopefully through the next 2 weeks to determine exactly where the leak was coming from. He worked on the issue until 9 p.m. and was very efficient, provided us with options, and said to call the next day if the situation didn't improve. The next morning, the house was cool, and it appeared that the service Austin provided was going to work, but around 2:30 today, the A/C unit stopped working again, and we had to make a call to our service provider around 3:30 p.m. They told me someone would be out between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. Randy was nearby and responded within the hour. Randy did another inspection of our unit and found we had a severe leak in the coils, and a bandaid wasn't going to temporarily fix the problem. He called his office and got the part ordered, but unfortunately, it wouldn't arrive until Monday. Randy went above and beyond to explain the problem and what our extended warranty would cover, which in this case, it would cover the needed repair. Both Randy and Austin were fantastic, and my husband and I were extremely pleased with the service they provided and will provide again when the part comes in on Monday for installation on Tuesday.

I asked them how they liked working there. Every one of them said that it's an awesome company and they wouldn't work for anyone else than Mr. Mike. Totally convinced, I became a new customer. Recently, I had to have A/C service. Super pleasant office staff, and within 4 hours, Ali showed up and did an amazing job. Michelle in the office is so kind and listened to all of my concerns. Our A/C went out 7/3 and we thought we would wait till Monday for repairs. I called on the morning of 7/5 (holiday weekend) and they had someone on the way to our home within an hour. Ali T. was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure our system was running properly before he left. He answered all of our questions and was attentive to our concerns.
