We will clean your drain line and change your filter two additional times per year between your normal scheduled maintenances. If your drain line clogs at any time during your coverage period, we will come out and unclog your system FREE of charge!


  • We agree to provide you with 2 professional inspections every 364 days. The Inspections will be performed during the Winter, Spring, and Fall Months.
  • Full Amount for One time Payment Annual Agreement is due upon Authorization. For Monthly Agreements, the 1st Month’s payment is due upon Authorization with reoccurring payments thereafter and Cannot be cancelled within the first 12 months.
  • Monthly Agreements require Automatic Payment Enrollment and will be charged on the 1st of each month.
  • Onetime payment Annual Agreement Renewals will be due 1 month before the Anniversary Date.
  • Renewal invoices must be paid in the month they are due to maintain your Service Warranties on previous repairs and Agreement Level Specific Discounts/Services including Price Inflation Protection.
  • By signing up for one of these agreements, you agree to hold Anthony’s, its Employees, and Representatives harmless from Mold Litigation. We DO NOT perform laboratory testing on samples.
  • Client agrees to provide reasonable availability for scheduling inspections and service. 2 Hour windows will be provided for inspections at your convenience.
  • There will be a $45.00 trip charge plus repair charges for Maintenance Inspections requested on the same day as a service call.
  • We cannot provide maintenance on a system that is not operating properly.
  • All service related expenses are due upon completion of repairs.
  • Maintenance will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. until 4 P.M.
  • Regular Service Hours are Monday through Friday after 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  • After Hours Service is Monday through Friday 5:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M., All day Saturday & Sunday, and All Holidays.
  • We recommend the replacement of smoke detector batteries on an annual basis and All Filters monthly unless otherwise specified by Anthony’s Personnel


  • No cash refunds will be given. Agreements can be transferred to the new owner or to your new property in our service area.
  • For Full Coverage Package: Systems must be prequalified, be no more than 8 years old, and brought up to manufacturers’ standards before the full coverage package will go into effect.
  • Required repairs will be provided during Regular Service Hours and charged at the prevailing Service Rates with the appropriate Agreement Level Discount applied on parts and labor.
  • After Hours Service will be charged at Regular instead of Discounted Rates. Except for Platinum and Full Package Level Customers who will receive the Discounted rate. There are No Overtime Charges for any maintenance client.
  • A Maintenance Plan Service Warranty DOES NOT cover Compressors, Coils, Drain Pans, Variable Speed Motors, and Modules that are out of the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
  • “Winter Services” (services scheduled only during Winter months) will be conducted under non-emergency conditions at Anthony’s discretion unless otherwise determined by Anthony’s Personnel.
  • “Free OOPS” exempts client from paying for one simple fix service call like an incorrectly set humidistat, etc.
  • All service, electrical and installation warranties are void if equipment is serviced by another company.

* This agreement will remain in effect for 364 days, unless cancelled by either party and may be subject to a price increase on any anniversary date.

** Installation of Additional Filters and Smoke Detector batteries not covered by your current Maintenance Agreement Level will have an additional charge. Please call the office or ask your onsite technician for details and pricing.

*** Stackable units must be moved by customer prior to dryer vent cleaning appointment.

**** We will make at least 2 attempts to schedule each semi-annual maintenance inspection. Your guarantees and warranties are contingent upon you making the system available for the required maintenance. System and duct work must be inspected and approved by an Anthony’s technician prior to start of coverage. (Compressor, Motor, & Coils are NOT Included.)

***** If BLOWER or COIL is determined to be in RED STATUS by a Qualified Anthony’s Technician, No warranty can be given on the Drain Line until appropriate measures are taken.

    Called in the evening to report that my air conditioner wasn't working, and Nate was able to come the next morning. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem and got the air conditioner working. A previous company told me the fan motor had to be replaced for around $1700, but recommended a whole new system. Nate replaced a capacitor, found an additional problem, and had everything up and running for a fraction of the cost. The fan motor is working fine. Nate and Anthony's Cooling is amazing!!!
