CLOG-FREE GUARANTEE PACKAGE
We will clean your drain line and change your filter 2 Additional times per year between your normal scheduled maintenance. If your drain line clogs at any time during your coverage period, we will come out and unclog your system FREE of Charge!
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- We agree to provide you with 2 professional inspections every 364 days. The Inspections will be performed during the Winter, Spring, and Fall Months.
- Full Amount for One time Payment Annual Agreement is due upon Authorization. For Monthly Agreements, the 1st Month’s payment is due upon Authorization with reoccurring payments thereafter and Cannot be cancelled within the first 12 months.
- Monthly Agreements require Automatic Payment Enrollment and will be charged on the 1st of each month.
- Onetime payment Annual Agreement Renewals will be due 1 month before the Anniversary Date.
- Renewal invoices must be paid in the month they are due to maintain your Service Warranties on previous repairs and Agreement Level Specific Discounts/Services including Price Inflation Protection.
- By signing up for one of these agreements, you agree to hold Anthony’s, its Employees, and Representatives harmless from Mold Litigation. We DO NOT perform laboratory testing on samples.
- Client agrees to provide reasonable availability for scheduling inspections and service. 2 Hour windows will be provided for inspections at your convenience.
- There will be a $5.00 trip charge plus repair charges for Maintenance Inspections requested on the same day as a service call.
- We cannot provide maintenance on a system that is not operating properly.
- All service related expenses are due upon completion of repairs.
- Maintenance will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. until 4 P.M.
- Regular Service Hours are Monday through Friday after 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- After Hours Service is Monday through Friday 5:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M., All day Saturday & Sunday, and All Holidays.
- We recommend the replacement of smoke detector batteries on an annual basis and All Filters monthly unless otherwise specified by Anthony’s Personnel.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- No cash refunds will be given. Agreements can be transferred to the new owner or to your new property in our service area.
- For Coolest Coverage Package: Systems must be prequalified, be no more than 8 years old, and brought up to manufacturers’ standards before the full coverage package will go into effect.
- Required repairs will be provided during Regular Service Hours and charged at the prevailing Service Rates with the appropriate Agreement Level Discount applied on parts and labor.
- After Hours Service will be charged at Regular instead of Discounted Rates. There are No Overtime Charges for any maintenance client.
- A Maintenance Plan Service Warranty DOES NOT cover Compressors, Coils, Metering devices, Drain Pans, Variable Speed Motors, and Modules
- “Winter Services” (services scheduled only during Winter months) will be conducted under non-emergency conditions at Anthony’s discretion unless otherwise determined by Anthony’s Personnel.
- “Free OOPS” exempts client from paying for one simple fix service call like an incorrectly set humidistat, etc.
- All service, electrical and installation warranties are void if equipment is serviced or inspected by another company.
* This agreement will remain in effect for 364 days, unless cancelled by either party and may be subject to a price increase on any anniversary date.
** Installation of Additional Filters and Smoke Detector batteries not covered by your current Maintenance Agreement Level will have an additional charge. Please call the office or ask your onsite technician for details and pricing.
***We will make at least 2 attempts to schedule each semi-annual maintenance inspection.
**** Your guarantees and warranties are contingent upon you making the system available for the required maintenance. System and duct work must be inspected and approved by an Anthony's technician prior to start of coverage. (A LIFETIME Warranty DOES NOT cover Compressors, Coils, Metering devices, Drain Pans, Variable Speed Motors, and Modules are NOT Included.)
***** If BLOWER or COIL is determined to be in RED STATUS by a Qualified Anthony's Technician, No warranty can be given on the Drain Line until appropriate measures are taken.

I am a continually satisfied customer of Anthony's over the last 4 years. During this time they installed a two unit HVAC system in my home which I was very satisfied with and previously wrote a review about the great service. I have had excellent maintenance service from a number of Anthony's techs since the system was installed. Today I had Jahvon service my HVAC and I felt compelled to write a review about his comprehensive service and his outgoing personality. He arrived on time with a smile and immediately took the time to pay attention to our two little dogs. He explained what he would be doing and proceeded to service both outside units and the related air handlers. He was very thorough and explained in detail what he had done at the end of the service call. He also graciously agreed to install a Nest thermostat (understandably as an additional service charge) even though that was not part of the original work order. Jahvon is a great example of why I am a loyal Anthony's customer because I always receive top notch service by well trained techs. As follow up to this review,, I just had (on 5/7/26) another great Anthony’s service Tech, named Malike who did a follow up service call. The previous Tech was unable to complete the original assignment and I asked Malike to recheck the work that was done to ensure that it met his standards. He agreed to do this and called me after he was done to explain the work he had performed on the air handler and exterior units. He was very personable, professional and took the time to explain the details of his work. Malike reinforced why I am a loyal Anthony’s customer and he more than made up for the previous tech’s inability to complete the original assignment.

Although he couldn't fix the problem the same day, he did get the product ordered under the A/Cs original warranty and fixed the problem once the part was received (less then 48hrs). One tech discovered and alerted me to a potentially dangerous, uncapped live electrical wire. The Anthony tech turned off that breaker at the box so I can have my electrician take a look.
