Our journey started when David Cruse came out to give us an estimate on a new unit. His knowledge on A/C units was powerful, was able to answer all and each question I asked. He also saved us money that we would have spent otherwise. But such a nice and honest guy he was very smart about a few things and told us that we didn’t need those things. Very honest man... Asset to this company. Then there are the 3 fellas that came to do the work, install the unit, Clayton, Ceaser and don’t know the other's name. I’ll tell you what, I’ve never seen such a group of men together getting this job done and working as a team, sweeping as they went. 3 very polite young men. My garage was cleaner when they were working than it was when they arrived. Then there’s Carlos, he really cared too, telling the guys what he expected in such a nice way, to make the customer happy, helping as he spoke with such respect to these fellas. All are great assets Mr. Zeppi. What a fine job TY Highly recommend this company, just wow. Very very happy customer. Ty all so much. Great company, Josh came out today to do my follow-up and he did not disappoint. He did everything we needed after a replacement fan was installed. He found this annoying noise and tweaked the intake canes and the noise is gone. Great guy, very pleasant and he listened to all my questions and gave me positive feedback. He is not a yes man, he is a yes I can figure that out man. Anthony’s you have a great tech out here in the field. As well as Sara in the office, she took my calls and was very interested in keeping me as a happy customer.
