The entire experience was optimal!
Josh P is the best! He diagnosed the a/c problem, explained what was needed and fixed it! He also cleaned the air handler insides plus gave me valuable information about maintenance. He and his helper did not disappoint.
So far so great. Fernando came out today to do my first service, and he and his helper did not disappoint. They did everything they said the contract said they would and were both informative and polite. I didn’t get the helper's name, but these two guys were great. Hoping I get them again in 6 months.
