I am a continually satisfied customer of Anthony's over the last 4 years. During this time they installed a two unit HVAC system in my home which I was very satisfied with and previously wrote a review about the great service. I have had excellent maintenance service from a number of Anthony's techs since the system was installed. Today I had Jahvon service my HVAC and I felt compelled to write a review about his comprehensive service and his outgoing personality. He arrived on time with a smile and immediately took the time to pay attention to our two little dogs. He explained what he would be doing and proceeded to service both outside units and the related air handlers. He was very thorough and explained in detail what he had done at the end of the service call. He also graciously agreed to install a Nest thermostat (understandably as an additional service charge) even though that was not part of the original work order. Jahvon is a great example of why I am a loyal Anthony's customer because I always receive top notch service by well trained techs. As follow up to this review,, I just had (on 5/7/26) another great Anthony’s service Tech, named Malike who did a follow up service call. The previous Tech was unable to complete the original assignment and I asked Malike to recheck the work that was done to ensure that it met his standards. He agreed to do this and called me after he was done to explain the work he had performed on the air handler and exterior units. He was very personable, professional and took the time to explain the details of his work. Malike reinforced why I am a loyal Anthony’s customer and he more than made up for the previous tech’s inability to complete the original assignment.

I recently had to replace my A/C and furnace. A friend recommended Anthony's Cooling, Heating and Electrical. I met with Jim who surveyed my home, explained the workings of my current system, and described how it could be improved. He put together a proposal describing a new system, explained how it would function and improve the efficiency, effectiveness and comfort of the home and answered all my questions which gave me a clear picture of the benefits of the new system. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
When it came time to install the system, I met Will, who is Anthony's lead installer. He and his team put in a long day installing the system and did a great job. When the installation was complete, he took the time to go over how it functioned, explained the workings of the thermostat, and helped set up the app which allows me to monitor and control everything associated with the air conditioning and heating from my phone.
I couldn't be happier with the job done by both Jim and Will and would highly recommend Anthony's to anyone considering replacing their A/C and furnace.

Anthony’s was recommended to me by a friend. I had been with another family owned A/C business for many years and was always happy with them. Unfortunately, that company sold out to a corporation. It was downhill after that. The Technicians would come for my regularly scheduled service. The constant upsell, for things I didn’t need, was relentless. It seems the Techs are financially compensated for whatever add ons they can sell. This is not the way Anthony’s works. I had the pleasure of Quinton servicing my A/C today. He was excellent. He took time to point things out to me and provide tips on how to be proactive in maintaining my system. This is the way a company is supposed to work. Keep the Customer happy and they will stay with that company as well as recommend that company to others. Because of Quinton and how good he was I will be signing a contract with Anthony’s for my ongoing service as well as letting all of my neighbors know about this great company. Anthony's came for our annual A/C service today. As promised, Tyler W gave us a call when he was on his way and he showed up right on time. The dog kept barking at him but he was patient and made friends with her. He worked quietly and was respectful of our privacy. My experience could not have been better. The two young gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, personable and they worked their butts off non stop. Along the way during the three day AC installation including all new duct work and full home installation we had a few minor requests not in the contract which they happily addressed.

Quinton was very personable and professional. He came in right away and began assessing why the condensate leak returned. It appears that during the original install of the unit in 2021, the unit did not have a secondary condensate drain pan installed.
Quinton opened the system cover to the coil, inspected the drain pan, housing area, and drain line. Very thorough inspection and cleaning.
Every heating and air conditioning company should have technicians like Quinton; smart, logical, reliable and excellent customer service.

After switching from another nearby company after they tried to sell me over $4,000 of products and updates I did not need, as well as suggesting I needed and entire unit months later, Anthony’s was who I called to verify if these items were needed. Called in the evening to report that my air conditioner wasn't working, and Nate was able to come the next morning. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem and got the air conditioner working. A previous company told me the fan motor had to be replaced for around $1700, but recommended a whole new system. Nate replaced a capacitor, found an additional problem, and had everything up and running for a fraction of the cost. The fan motor is working fine. Nate and Anthony's Cooling is amazing!!!
