Like the all the techs who were here before, P.J. arrived on time, and was considerate from the outset to the end of his visit to my home. He wore a mask, and protected the floors with a tarp. He installed the heat strip for my new AC system in short order, collected his materials, and swept the floors. He was absolutely respectful and cordial throughout.
