Maintenance includes the following services:

One complete home electrical inspection
One electrical diagnostic of a problem
Check that electrical panel cover is secured to the wall
Check that all circuit breakers and wires are the correct size for all appliances
Tighten all circuit breaker and neutral bar screws
Inspect breaker panel for any open, unused spaces and repair if needed
Inspect kitchen and bathroom receptacles (within 3 feet of water source) to ensure they are GFI certified and operational
Inspect all exterior receptacles to ensure they are GFI certified and operational
Inspect all receptacle and switch covers
Check all splice boxes for any exposed wiring and proper covers
Check HVAC and electrical boxes for corrosion
Check that extension cords in use are safe
Assess your exterior security lighting situation
Assess the efficiency of existing light fixtures and bulbs
5% discount on all parts and labor
