Anthony's came for our annual A/C service today. As promised, Tyler W gave us a call when he was on his way and he showed up right on time. The dog kept barking at him but he was patient and made friends with her. He worked quietly and was respectful of our privacy. He was thorough in his inspection of the system and took the time to go over each element, even making minor corrections to things that were not just right. Before leaving he gave us a thorough explanation of how to properly care for the system so that we can keep cool all summer. Anthony’s takes care of things at our income property too. The servicemen arrived on time and promptly went to work on the maintenance check. They weren't concerned that the unit didn't seem to be cooling properly. On examination, the unit needed a deep cleaning which they did. The unit is cooling better.
