Derek came out to do our routine AC maintenance. He was friendly and extremely thorough. He took pictures and explained everything he did. He gave us detailed instructions for maintaining the unit between visits, and left us a report of all of this, with pictures and videos. He scheduled our next maintenance before leaving. This is the second time we have called on Anthony’s during “non-regular” business hours. Again, Anthony’s was caring and quick to respond. Beadles was awesome and resolved the issue even though she didn’t have the necessary parts on hand. She was able to improvise and get our AC system operational pending arrival of the parts. We can’t say enough about Anthony’s and Beadles!
