We were very pleased both times!Ruben was a knowledgeable, clean, and polite young man. There was no sales pitch to get me to buy anything. He actually smelled gas at the side of the house which resulted in a TECO technician coming to the house. The issue was found and fixed it. We were grateful to Ruben for pointing this out to us. He and his helper did not disappoint.
So far so great. Fernando came out today to do my first service, and he and his helper did not disappoint. They did everything they said the contract said they would and were both informative and polite. I didn’t get the helper's name, but these two guys were great. Hoping I get them again in 6 months.
