Unfortunately, we found that we need to have our entire home's duct work replaced. Mechanical Engineer (trained at the University of Michigan) Jim Glowniak's unhurried, patient, examination and explanation as to what our home now required softened the financial blow. So far, so good! I called late last week for a quote on my HVAC, and Anthony's Cooling-Heating-Electrical spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone explaining all the nuances of making a system work well here in Florida. They came out today to look at the system and provided me with a couple of replacement options as my system is getting older. Impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. This is the second time we have called on Anthony’s during “non-regular” business hours. Again, Anthony’s was caring and quick to respond. Beadles was awesome and resolved the issue even though she didn’t have the necessary parts on hand. She was able to improvise and get our AC system operational pending arrival of the parts.
