Although he couldn't fix the problem the same day, he did get the product ordered under the A/Cs original warranty and fixed the problem once the part was received (less then 48hrs). Fernando was professional, courteous and thorough. During this 6-month maintenance service, He gave us a comprehensive explanation of our system and suspect components to monitor. He answered all questions including detailed pictures for clarification. Very thorough cleaning of our external unit considering the fact that we reside in an area with heavy trees. Based on our prior repair and this maintenance visit, we are very pleased with Anthony’s and their technicians.
