Mechanical Engineer (trained at the University of Michigan) Jim Glowniak's unhurried, patient, examination and explanation as to what our home now required softened the financial blow. I don’t know all the names of the work crew from Anthony’s yesterday but 4 or more of them worked tirelessly the entire day in 90°+ heat and did a great job. Their Boss Hunter was there until the end waiting for the FL Power people to sign off on the job and get our electricity back on after two days without any. Phew!!
