We had an AC issue tonight and Anthony’s sent a technician out even though it was late and raining. He was very respectful, professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking. He cleaned out the drain line, checked the system, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about extra services and just focused on getting the system running again. Good experience overall and I’m thankful he came out tonight.

Anthony's came out right away.

We have a newer HVAC unit provided by Anthony's. It's been running great. A few days ago it was not working. Anthony's came out right away. Turns out the unit wiring is torn out. Don't know if it was vandalism or someone looking to steal parts. They rewired it and provided documents for a police report and an insurance claim. The repair cost was less than our deductible. Great reasonable service!

Randy did an excellent job replacing my evap coil and making sure everything was in tip top shape for the summer. No hard sales tactics, just honest diagnosis and repair. My system is now working better than when it was originally installed. He went above and beyond what needed to be done to make sure everything was working well.

Fernando was professional, courteous and thorough. During this 6-month maintenance service, He gave us a comprehensive explanation of our system and suspect components to monitor. He answered all questions including detailed pictures for clarification. Very thorough cleaning of our external unit considering the fact that we reside in an area with heavy trees. Based on our prior repair and this maintenance visit, we are very pleased with Anthony’s and their technicians.

Austin was professional. We appreciated how he explained everything. Even though the issue was not fixed, Austin was able to temporarily get the A/C to cool. A part had to be ordered to complete the job. Good overall experience.
