The tech was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He said our compressor was shot and said he would send the salesperson to give us options. We opted to get a new unit which is scheduled to be installed tomorrow. Will give another review after the job is done.

As an update, we just had Ted come for a mechanical issue and he was also very good, so once again we had a positive experience with Anthony's. We have had Derek several times for our maintenance. He is always polite, informative and does a thorough job. We have always had a good experience with Anthony's.
