We were very pleased both times!Ruben was a knowledgeable, clean, and polite young man. There was no sales pitch to get me to buy anything. He actually smelled gas at the side of the house which resulted in a TECO technician coming to the house. The issue was found and fixed it. We were grateful to Ruben for pointing this out to us. Blown away by his expertise- wow.
I have a rather complicated situation with a 100-year-old house, and they sent Jim out. I had met with maybe 5 other companies over the last two years. I was blown away by his expertise- wow. Within minutes I was getting scheduled for an electrical estimate, and I had my quote the NEXT DAY. There are a lot of unscrupulous characters in this field but these guys are the REAL DEAL.

The tech was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He said our compressor was shot and said he would send the salesperson to give us options. We opted to get a new unit which is scheduled to be installed tomorrow. Will give another review after the job is done.

The entire experience was optimal!
Josh P is the best! He diagnosed the a/c problem, explained what was needed and fixed it! He also cleaned the air handler insides plus gave me valuable information about maintenance. The cost was quite fair, too. The entire experience was optimal! I am so glad I called Anthony's Cooling and Heating.
