Quinton was very personable and professional. He came in right away and began assessing why the condensate leak returned. It appears that during the original install of the unit in 2021, the unit did not have a secondary condensate drain pan installed.
Quinton opened the system cover to the coil, inspected the drain pan, housing area, and drain line. Very thorough inspection and cleaning.
Every heating and air conditioning company should have technicians like Quinton; smart, logical, reliable and excellent customer service.- Michael F.
