Austin R was very professional and explained everything step by step. Although he couldn't fix the problem the same day, he did get the product ordered under the A/Cs original warranty and fixed the problem once the part was received (less then 48hrs). I would highly recommend Anthony's heating and cooling and especially Austin R!

Anthony's came for our annual A/C service today. As promised, Tyler W gave us a call when he was on his way and he showed up right on time. The dog kept barking at him but he was patient and made friends with her. He worked quietly and was respectful of our privacy. He was thorough in his inspection of the system and took the time to go over each element, even making minor corrections to things that were not just right. Before leaving he gave us a thorough explanation of how to properly care for the system so that we can keep cool all summer. Anthony’s takes care of things at our income property too. They never disappoint. Highly recommend!!- John E.
