The servicemen arrived on time and promptly went to work on the maintenance check. They weren't concerned that the unit didn't seem to be cooling properly. On examination, the unit needed a deep cleaning which they did. The unit is cooling better.

We called Anthony's Cooling etc. in the morning after a recommendation from our neighbor. Austin came out later in the day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely honest with us. He stayed until he was able to set up an appointment for us, the next day, for an estimate to have our system replaced. Our A/C is currently not working at all, so it was very much appreciated! So far, everyone we have dealt with has been great, we are very happy with the service we have received.

Tyrel arrived at 5:00 PM To do a regular 6-month check-up. Even though he had already had a long hot day, he was pleasant and polite. The job took almost 2 hours. He finished and told me that everything checked out OK. I tried to give him a tip, but he politely refused. He is truly emblematic of Anthony's core values.

So far so great. Fernando came out today to do my first service, and he and his helper did not disappoint. They did everything they said the contract said they would and were both informative and polite. I didn’t get the helper's name, but these two guys were great. Hoping I get them again in 6 months.
