We were very pleased both times!

Ruben was a knowledgeable, clean, and polite young man. There was no sales pitch to get me to buy anything. He actually smelled gas at the side of the house which resulted in a TECO technician coming to the house. The issue was found and fixed it. We were grateful to Ruben for pointing this out to us. This is the 2nd time we used Anthony’s and we were very pleased both times! Good people.

Austin was professional. We appreciated how he explained everything. Even though the issue was not fixed, Austin was able to temporarily get the A/C to cool. A part had to be ordered to complete the job. Good overall experience.

Anthony’s was recommended to me by a friend. I had been with another family owned A/C business for many years and was always happy with them. Unfortunately, that company sold out to a corporation. It was downhill after that. The Technicians would come for my regularly scheduled service. The constant upsell, for things I didn’t need, was relentless. It seems the Techs are financially compensated for whatever add ons they can sell. This is not the way Anthony’s works. I had the pleasure of Quinton servicing my A/C today. He was excellent. He took time to point things out to me and provide tips on how to be proactive in maintaining my system. This is the way a company is supposed to work. Keep the Customer happy and they will stay with that company as well as recommend that company to others. Because of Quinton and how good he was I will be signing a contract with Anthony’s for my ongoing service as well as letting all of my neighbors know about this great company. Thanks again to Quinton…I hope his Management sees this and realizes what a great asset he is to the company.

Adam stopped by this afternoon to inspect a problem on my air handler and had it corrected in a short time. If I was a manager I would make sure to maintain him as a technician. His professionalism and technical skill would be had to replace. Great job, thank you Adam

Akiyah our technician from Anthony’s Cooling and Heating showed up right on time for our A/C outage. She diagnosed the issue very efficiently and had our A/C back up and running very quickly. Couldn’t be happier with our service from Anthony’s. Highly recommend.
