We had an AC issue tonight and Anthony’s sent a technician out even though it was late and raining. He was very respectful, professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking. He cleaned out the drain line, checked the system, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about extra services and just focused on getting the system running again. Good experience overall and I’m thankful he came out tonight.

Fernando was the best. Did a full inspection of the duct system as my complaint was that of smelling dust when the system kicked on. Seems I was running the fan full time instead of ‘auto’ and causing my own problem as the ducts are clean. The last service provider (Revenue Today) would have sold me a cleaning. David, Mike & Will get five stars for my HVAC install today! Professional, courteous and left the work area spotless. One tech discovered and alerted me to a potentially dangerous, uncapped live electrical wire. The Anthony tech turned off that breaker at the box so I can have my electrician take a look. My A/C was out and the heat was building inside the house. I called Anthony’s and encountered a very helpful scheduler who got me on the list ASAP. Soon I got a call from the technician, Brian, who was able to get to me even sooner than scheduled. He came and immediately solved the problem, and even had the necessary part on the truck. Service was quick, efficient and greatly appreciated. Great company, great staff. Definitely 5 star.
