One tech discovered and alerted me to a potentially dangerous, uncapped live electrical wire. The Anthony tech turned off that breaker at the box so I can have my electrician take a look. Austin R was very professional and explained everything step by step. Although he couldn't fix the problem the same day, he did get the product ordered under the A/Cs original warranty and fixed the problem once the part was received (less then 48hrs). I would highly recommend Anthony's heating and cooling and especially Austin R!

Anthony’s Heating & Cooling exceeded all expectations with their amazing response time for a Saturday emergency service call. Within 10 minutes of my call, the office had called me back, and 10 minutes later the technician reached out directly. Austin arrived within 20 minutes and was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s hard to find service this dependable and responsive these days. Derek serviced my air conditioner today and did a great job. I have been using Anthony’s since I relocated to Tampa two years ago from Longboat Key as I had used them the 10 years I lived on Longboat. They are great company and have employees that are dedicated and care about what they do I would highly recommend Anthony’s.

Dealing with Anthony’s was a positive experience.
Oscar, Bill, and Anthony arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and worked nonstop until 4:30 to install our new AC system which works beautifully. After installation, they cleaned up everything and gave us a short tutorial about the new unit. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, dealing with Anthony’s was a positive experience.
