I recently had my AC system installed by Anthonys Cooling, Heating and Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Mark was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The quality of the work was outstanding, and you can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Everything was left clean and organized, and the system is working flawlessly. Anthony’s was recommended to me by a friend. I had been with another family owned A/C business for many years and was always happy with them. Unfortunately, that company sold out to a corporation. It was downhill after that. The Technicians would come for my regularly scheduled service. The constant upsell, for things I didn’t need, was relentless. It seems the Techs are financially compensated for whatever add ons they can sell. This is not the way Anthony’s works. I had the pleasure of Quinton servicing my A/C today. He was excellent. He took time to point things out to me and provide tips on how to be proactive in maintaining my system. This is the way a company is supposed to work. Keep the Customer happy and they will stay with that company as well as recommend that company to others. Because of Quinton and how good he was I will be signing a contract with Anthony’s for my ongoing service as well as letting all of my neighbors know about this great company. Thanks again to Quinton…I hope his Management sees this and realizes what a great asset he is to the company.
