Derek came out to do our routine AC maintenance. He was friendly and extremely thorough. He took pictures and explained everything he did. He gave us detailed instructions for maintaining the unit between visits, and left us a report of all of this, with pictures and videos. He scheduled our next maintenance before leaving.
