I called late last week for a quote on my HVAC, and Anthony's Cooling-Heating-Electrical spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone explaining all the nuances of making a system work well here in Florida. They came out today to look at the system and provided me with a couple of replacement options as my system is getting older. Impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Mechanical Engineer (trained at the University of Michigan) Jim Glowniak's unhurried, patient, examination and explanation as to what our home now required softened the financial blow. Tyrel arrived at 5:00 PM To do a regular 6-month check-up. Even though he had already had a long hot day, he was pleasant and polite. The job took almost 2 hours. He finished and told me that everything checked out OK. I tried to give him a tip, but he politely refused. He is truly emblematic of Anthony's core values.
