As an update, we just had Ted come for a mechanical issue and he was also very good, so once again we had a positive experience with Anthony's. We have had Derek several times for our maintenance. Fernando was the best. Did a full inspection of the duct system as my complaint was that of smelling dust when the system kicked on. Seems I was running the fan full time instead of ‘auto’ and causing my own problem as the ducts are clean. The last service provider (Revenue Today) would have sold me a cleaning. Anthony’s sent out a great tech and he was there to see if another air conditioning company was telling the truth on my request. After a thorough inspection the results indicated that the other company had misled us thinking we needed a coil cleaning and a whole house purifier. I told Anthony’s that they would have my business from this day going forward! They didn’t charge me for their inspection either. Wow there are honest people left in this world. Thank you Anthony’s!
