    Anthony's came for our annual A/C service today. As promised, Tyler W gave us a call when he was on his way and he showed up right on time. The dog kept barking at him but he was patient and made friends with her. He worked quietly and was respectful of our privacy. He was thorough in his inspection of the system and took the time to go over each element, even making minor corrections to things that were not just right. Before leaving he gave us a thorough explanation of how to properly care for the system so that we can keep cool all summer. Anthony’s takes care of things at our income property too. They never disappoint. Highly recommend!!

    Derek came out to do our routine AC maintenance. He was friendly and extremely thorough. He took pictures and explained everything he did.     We called Anthony's Cooling etc. in the morning after a recommendation from our neighbor. Austin came out later in the day.     Mark and Brandy were awesome! They showed up a little earlier… Which is great for me because I am up in the wee hours of the morning! They were both very professional and got started right away and continued throughout the day! I never even saw them take a break! I highly recommend Anthony’s for all your air-conditioning, heating and electrical work. They replaced my 2012 A/C with a new central air conditioning unit along with the air handler and a new thermostat! When the job was done, Mark explained everything to me how to set the thermostat along with all paperwork for me to hold onto about the units. Time to write a Facebook review. Thank you both!!!     My experience could not have been better. The two young gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, personable and they worked their butts off non stop. Along the way during the three day AC installation including all new duct work and full home installation we had a few minor requests not in the contract which they happily addressed.
    I HIGHLY recommend Anthony’s and hopefully your work is performed by the crew we had.
    If Anthony’s offered a 10 point scale they were a 10+. Again, it was a great experience.

    Quinton was very personable and professional. He came in right away and began assessing why the condensate leak returned. It appears that during the original install of the unit in 2021, the unit did not have a secondary condensate drain pan installed.
    Quinton opened the system cover to the coil, inspected the drain pan, housing area, and drain line. Very thorough inspection and cleaning.
    Every heating and air conditioning company should have technicians like Quinton; smart, logical, reliable and excellent customer service.

    Fernando was the best. Did a full inspection of the duct system as my complaint was that of smelling dust when the system kicked on. Seems I was running the fan full time instead of ‘auto’ and causing my own problem as the ducts are clean. The last service provider (Revenue Today) would have sold me a cleaning.     We had an AC issue tonight and Anthony’s sent a technician out even though it was late and raining. He was very respectful, professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking. He cleaned out the drain line, checked the system, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about extra services and just focused on getting the system running again. Good experience overall and I’m thankful he came out tonight.

    Randy from Anthony’s Cooling & Heating did an extremely professional job in servicing my HVAC System. He cleaned the air handler coils, flushed the condensate drain, changed the air filter and checked the thermostat for proper a/c and heat. I am very pleased I signed a service contract with them.     Fernando was professional, courteous and thorough. During this 6-month maintenance service, He gave us a comprehensive explanation of our system and suspect components to monitor. He answered all questions including detailed pictures for clarification. Very thorough cleaning of our external unit considering the fact that we reside in an area with heavy trees. Mechanical Engineer (trained at the University of Michigan) Jim Glowniak's unhurried, patient, examination and explanation as to what our home now required softened the financial blow.     Anthony’s is a company with integrity that does a wonderful job! After switching from another nearby company after they tried to sell me over $4,000 of products and updates I did not need, as well as suggesting I needed and entire unit months later, Anthony’s was who I called to verify if these items were needed. Worth every penny for a double check, because I have now signed on with them for my maintenance and trust them to care for my EXISTING HVAC unit that didn’t need any of the items the other swore I needed. Had an issue with cooling yesterday, they were out last evening and identified a leak. Had it fixed today and the unit is in great shape after checking everything! Totally confident in them and their honest and forthright technicians.

    Anthony’s sent out a great tech and he was there to see if another air conditioning company was telling the truth on my request. After a thorough inspection the results indicated that the other company had misled us thinking we needed a coil cleaning and a whole house purifier. I told Anthony’s that they would have my business from this day going forward! They didn’t charge me for their inspection either. Wow there are honest people left in this world. Thank you Anthony’s!

    Called in the evening to report that my air conditioner wasn't working, and Nate was able to come the next morning. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem and got the air conditioner working. A previous company told me the fan motor had to be replaced for around $1700, but recommended a whole new system. Nate replaced a capacitor, found an additional problem, and had everything up and running for a fraction of the cost. The fan motor is working fine. Nate and Anthony's Cooling is amazing!!!

    Oscar, Bill, and Anthony arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and worked nonstop until 4:30 to install our new AC system which works beautifully.     We have a newer HVAC unit provided by Anthony's. It's been running great. A few days ago it was not working. Anthony's came out right away. Turns out the unit wiring is torn out. Don't know if it was vandalism or someone looking to steal parts. They rewired it and provided documents for a police report and an insurance claim. The repair cost was less than our deductible. Great reasonable service!
