We had an AC issue tonight and Anthony’s sent a technician out even though it was late and raining. He was very respectful, professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking. He cleaned out the drain line, checked the system, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about extra services and just focused on getting the system running again. Good experience overall and I’m thankful he came out tonight.

I had an emergency service appointment, my technician Beadles was awesome. They were punctual, friendly, informative, and honest. I will definitely be coming to this company in the future and requesting the same technician if they are available.

Fernando was the best. Did a full inspection of the duct system as my complaint was that of smelling dust when the system kicked on. Seems I was running the fan full time instead of ‘auto’ and causing my own problem as the ducts are clean. The last service provider (Revenue Today) would have sold me a cleaning. David and Anthony were prompt, worked quietly, cleaned up any mess after installation and David C. ensured we understood features of the new system, monthly changes in the filter and drain line cleanings. They were here at 9 and finished early afternoon. Awesome workers!
